Availability of Product
Mayukori keeps a plentiful stock of advertised product, however, cannot guarantee availability at all times.
Mayukori is not responsible in the event of discontinued stock and/or a depletion of stock.
If Mayukori is unable to ship product ordered from their site, the buyer will be contacted either by email or phone and will have two options.
a) To keep the order active and to accept the charge to their credit account receiving the depleted stock when it becomes available. Or…
b) To cancel the order at any point before Mayukori restocks the product supply. In the case of cancellation, any charges debited from the buyer’s account for the unavailable product will be credited as soon as possible.

The Order
Paying with PayPal provides proof of the method of payment, the order and the date of purchase. Les créations Mayukori will receive and then confirm the order by way of the address provided. The sale is not final until this order confirmation is sent. If payment is declined by PayPal, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will be notified by email. Les créations Mayukori reserves the right to cancel an order from any buyer with whom a previous payment dispute exists. The merchant is not responsible for misinformation provided by the buyer in the ordering process and therefore will not be held accountable in the event of non-delivery.
Receipt of Merchandise
The client should take care to check the state of the merchandise and to read the usage instructions upon delivery. Shipped merchandise becomes the liability of the buyer and a 48-hour window is allotted to report any damages to Canada Post.
Return Policy, Refunds & Exchanges
The Quebec stuffing and upholstered and stuffed articles law is in place to ensure materials used by manufacturers of stuffed products are new and healthy. In keeping with this law, no refunds or exchanges will be made on any product filled with buckwheat hulls. This also prevents us from having to discard unused product and from taking profit losses. To reiterate, Mayukori guarantees a product made of new and healthy materials to each client and upholds the said stuffed articles law.
