Any disputes relating to this internet website, to its terms and conditions, or to any transaction, including the sale of a product while using this internet website are construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec.
Availability of Product
Mayukori keeps a plentiful stock of advertised product, however, cannot guarantee availability at all times. Mayukori is not responsible in the event of discontinued stock and/or a depletion of stock.
If Mayukori is unable to ship product ordered from their site, the buyer will be contacted either by email or phone and will have two options.
a) To keep the order active and to accept the charge to their credit account receiving the depleted stock when it becomes available. Or…
b) To cancel the order at any point before Mayukori restocks the product supply. In the case of cancellation, any charges debited from the buyer’s account for the unavailable product will be credited as soon as possible.

Payment Options
You can pay online using PayPal with either VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit or even with a PayPal account.

The Order
Paying with PayPal provides proof of the method of payment, the order and the date of purchase. Les créations Mayukori will receive and then confirm the order by way of the address provided. The sale is not final until this order confirmation is sent. If payment is declined by PayPal, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will be notified by email. Les créations Mayukori reserves the right to cancel an order from any buyer with whom a previous payment dispute exists. The merchant is not responsible for misinformation provided by the buyer in the ordering process and therefore will not be held accountable in the event of non-delivery.
Receipt of Merchandise
The client should take care to check the state of the merchandise and to read the usage instructions upon delivery. Shipped merchandise becomes the liability of the buyer and a 48-hour window is allotted to report any damages to Canada Post.
Return Policy, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We accept exchanges or refunds under certain terms: 1) the product must be returned in excellent condition; 2) the pillow case must not have been used. We recommend that you cover the case if you are uncertain about keeping the product; 3) the customer agrees to follow the adjustment instructions for a minimum of 3 weeks. For refunds, please note that you will be charged for shipping costs. For online orders, you will be charged a handling fee of $3 per item and a PayPal fee of 3%. Fees for a new shipment following a product exchange are also at your expense. If an error should occur with regards to the desired product model, we will assume shipping costs.
Warranty
We offer a 2 year guarantee on any manufacturing defects. However, please note that Les créations Mayukori is not responsible for any damage incurred by the abusive use of our products. For instance, the LUNA feeding cushion must be handled in a manner that conserves its natural moon-shaped curvature.
Owner
The above-mentioned conditions of sale act as contract between the purchaser and Les créations Mayukori and these may be amended at any time by the latter.
