Shipping costs
For orders of $49 and more, the shipping is free accross Canada and United States.
For orders of $49 and less, the shipping is $6 accross Canada and United States.
For orders out of Canada and United States, you can ask us a quote for shipping by sending an email at info@mayukori.com.

Shipping policies
We ship through the Expedited Parcel service of Canada Post. This service is fast, reliable and safe.
All product is shipped in a customized packaging made to conform to the Canadian Corrugated Case Association’s (CCCA) crush test 175 C. Moreover, the pillow is packed in a plastic bag, which guarantees an excellent protection of content.
Within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of the order and paiement, Mayukori will transfer the order requested by the purchaser to Canada Post. Once Canada Post has received the order, the purchaser will receive an email specifying the delivery time and the tracking number of the parcel, which permits to track the parcel on the Canada Post website. If you are not present to receive your parcel, you will need to pick it up as dictated by an attempted delivery notification left by Canada Post at your door.
Once the order is transfered to Canada Post, Mayukori is not anymore responsible for any delivery delay or damage. You can visit the Canada Post website in order to have more details on their shipping policies. In case of delivery delay, you can still track your order with the tracking number specified in the email you received from Canada Post.
Product will not be shipped to Post Office boxes.
