How to shop and purchase using our online boutique.

Just like with our products, we’ve thought of everything to create a user-friendly, effortless and aesthetically-pleasing online shopping experience.

Once you’ve chosen your products, online shopping is simple, fast, and secure. You can make changes to the items in your shopping cart at any time.

Follow this quick guide to browse and purchase from our online boutique.

1. 1-  Access the online boutique.
   
   
2. 2-  Choose the desired product (child pillow, adult pillow or pillowcase).
   
   
3. 3-  Choose the type of product (COTOON, EKO,…) by comparing the benefits, details and prices.
   
   
4. 4-  Click on the photos to see the different angles and features of the pillows.
   
   
5. 5-  Click on the “ADD TO CART” button to make a choice. Specify the quantity and click, “Update cart”.
   
   
6. 6-  If you are finished shopping, click “Proceed to checkout”, if not click on the “Continue shopping” button.
   
   
7. 7-  When you are finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and enter your shipping and billing information. To have a gift shipped to a friend or loved one, you can include another address. We will add a note notifying the recipient who sent the gift.
   
   
8. 8-  Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation of your order by email. We advise saving this email carefully in a folder in your email account.
